SHIPPING INFORMATION


Scaffold-USA has teamed-up with some of the largest carriers to offer the best possible shipping rates to our customers.


Scaffold-USA will provide you with a written quotation, including the shipping charge. Orders will not be processed, and your credit card will not be charged, until you accept the Order Total (which will include Shipping Charges).


If you place your order online, Scaffold-USA will email you with the Shipping Charge. Orders will not be processed, and your credit card will not be charged, until you accept the Order Total (which will include Shipping Charges).


Scaffold-USA will always calculate the shipping quotation based on product availability, from the closest warehouse.


All ETA's (estimated time of arrival) provided begin when your order is picked-up from our warehouse, and does not include the day or pick-up, weekends, or holidays.


Most orders will ship within 2-business days of being received and shipping charges being accepted.


If your order is time sensitive, please inform us when placing your order, so that we can try to meet your shipping needs!


Please note, there may be instances where the carrier is unable to reach your Shipping Address (due to low tree limbs, dead-end streets, unpaved streets, load-zoned streets or bridges, etc.). In these cases, the carrier will offer to make arrangements with the customer to meet in a mutually agreeable location, or at the nearest service terminal. Our carriers will make every possible effort to reach your address, but, it will always be the delivery driver's discretion if they are able to do so safely.


Because alternate options exist, if a customer cancels an order due to the inability of a carrier to deliver to the Shipping Address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the initial shipping charges and all related charges to returning the product(s) to the Scaffold-USA warehouse.


LTL Common Carriers will not enter residential driveways or property (even if you operate a business in your residence). Unless a loading dock is available, all deliveries are considered "Sidewalk Deliveries."


Please note, that if the Shipping Address changes after your order have been shipped from the Scaffold-USA warehouse, your order may be subject to the following charges:
- Re-consignment Fee
- Re-labeling Fee
- Additional Freight Charges


All shipments require an adult 18 years, or older be present to sign for and accept the shipment.


If an appointment for delivery has been scheduled, and the customer is not available to accept delivery, a "Re-Delivery Fee" will be assessed to your order. It is important to track your shipment using the Tracking Number provided, and contact the destination service terminal (or Scaffold-USA) immediately, should a problem arise.


If the carrier is unable to reach the customer, and the order is held at the carrier's facility, the customer may incur storage fees. It is important to return any and all phone calls from Scaffold-USA and our carriers in a timely manner!


Any, and all damage must be documented on the Delivery Receipt at the time of delivery! Failure to document damaged or missing items will absolve Scaffold-USA and the shipping carrier of all responsibility and claims. Within 24 hours of delivery, please take pictures of damage, and the condition of your shipment, and email to Info@Scaffold-USA.com.


Replacement of damaged or missing items will be re-shipped via standard LTL Common Carrier, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail (based on the product). Additional services, or expedited service will require an additional charge.


Once an order has been processed for shipping, customer pick-up, or has shipped; if a customer cancels an order with Scaffold-USA.com, the customer will receive a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. All cancellations shall be subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. All cancelled orders purchased by credit card are automatically subject to a 5.0% processing fee. If the order has shipped the customer is responsible for the initial shipping charge(s), return shipping charge(s), and all related expenses related to returning this order.


Scaffold-USA reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. In such an event, Scaffold-USA will refund the customer the full amount of the order.
